Sterling silver tie-pin decorated with Owl of Wisdom intaglio (seal).
This version of the Owl of Wisdom is inspired from the Athens tetradrachm but portrayed as an intaglio seal. The carving is inward and reversed in order to imprint the original owl form as seen on the ancient coin.
